randomvity, another productive day...NOT! anyway I was sort of recalling all the weird moments I had few weeks back and came across one, I think it happened not long ago.

It was around 6pm I went to this Middle east stall to have my dinner, it was not fully open yet the tables were not even set yet and there was this old man who apparently works as a waiter in that stall, he was busy settin up the tables and stuff. I sat down on one of the tables he already set up and ordered my food, while waiting for my food to come somehow I observed the old man, he was doing quiet a heavy job for an old man, lifting up some tables, stacked up chairs and arranged them by himself, suddenly a weird thought came to my mind..

"what am I doin? just sittin herewatching him, I think I should go help him but why? why should I help him? I mean it's his job, I dont wanna embarrass myself, what the others would say if they see me helping him arranging the tables Im here as a customer not a waiter but, but I think it'd make his job easier and would be done in no time if I helped him"

so yeahh I was kinda struggling on that thought for couple mins and in the end I decided not to do anything LOL I know. anyways, lets move away slightly from that, "you shall love your neighbor as yourself" did you know that this command is mentioned eight times in the bible? and I guess it's probably one of the hardest God's commands for us to do. I think I know the answer why is it hard, its because of this word "why?" just like in my weird thought i just told you I kept asking "why", "why should I do it?" i guess if the word "why" was not exist I'd've helped that old man lol. I guess we always need a reason before we do something and I think it's not really necessary, you don't need a reason just to love your neighbor, do you have somebody that you love because of what he/she does for you? is that really love?

in this post I think I'll be giving few tips of what things to check before you purchase a freakin acoustic guitar! though I guess you can google/youtube it lol, well obviously Im just tryin to make my blog stays active lol.
anyway dropped by some music shops today, a friend of mine wanted to get an acoustic guitar and he needs my opinion! which Im not really good at it lol
so yeah we stopped by this music shop called Ice Music Paradise, what a name for a music shop huh? anyways, I know the owner and he knows me, his name is Ice! what a name for an owner of music shop lol.
so basically we came across this guitar
Ibanez V Series cutaway acoustic guitar, built in pick up and tuner.

so here're the tips:

0. Make sure you've got enough money or make sure your credit card is in your wallet but I guess before that make sure your wallet is with you LOL!

1. Grab the guitar and make sure you're comfortable with the neck and the body (if you don't know which one is the neck & body click here)

2. Make sure the body of the guitar is BIG & solid top, the bigger the body the louder/nicer sound it'll produce.

3. Make sure the bridge is not too high, how to check on that? just play "A" bar chord if you get the perfect sound of "A" bar chord or you think its easy for you to play bar chords on this guitar that means the bridge is just nice! lol (does that even make sense? owh yeahh!)

4. (not necessary!) check if the guitar has a cutaway, purpose of cutaway is so that you can play the highest notes on your guitar (i think so*)

hm...I think basically that's all you've to check before you purchase an acoustic guitar.

ohh lol almost forgot bout that, hmm...no he didn't cause its out of his budget but ICE (the owner) offered him another guitar which is the same brand with no pick up and cutaway but it comes with freebies like guitar bag, guitar picks (5 pcs), guitar strap, tuner + external pick up which costs around RM450, not bad huh? he's contemplating on it for 15mins and booom!! "let's just book this guitar and lets check out citymusic (another cool music shop that closes every friday) which was closed when we got there, so we're gonna check it out some other time meanwhile that guitar from Ice music is still "on hold".

Punk Never Dies!

yo! I'm done with classes, finals are comin crapvity!
today was not a productive day, woke up at 10am then went to church(cause my house has no internet yet) trying hard to get my eyes to read those notes well obviously I failed lol. so instead of studying I surfed the internet, well the waves were just tempting so I totally ditch my notes. I came across this What's My Age Again - Blink182 LOL! I feel like goin back to Senior High!
what up with senior high?
I had a Punk band back in Senior High, our main influencer was
Blink182 and we mostly played all of their songs, I'd say we were the coolest punk band in town during that time, everytime we jammed in a studio there's always at least someone requested a Blink182' song lol, cool huh?.
There were times where before we leave the studio we always messed up the instruments like un-tune all the guitars and whack the drums to the whackest! (we only do this to expensive studio with "toy" instruments anwyay lol).
The funny thing is because the influence from Blink182 was just to big until we even planned to do stuff exactly like in that video, yeahh goin around the town naked! lol luckily it didnt happen cant recall why though (can't be chicken out cause we were the true Blinkers! lol).
anyways, planning to go back to my hometown this comin sem-break, cant wait to jam with my punk mates!

oh I also went to accompany my sister/good friend/my hair stylist to jusco today, she needed to get a present for her friend's birthday

After reading friend's blog I feel like blogging again though I never really blogged lol.

The Used - All that I've Got, hmm.. this is the very first song i like from The Used, freakin cool song! cool music video and freakin emo lol. I tried to cover the drum for this song but never really got it right. oh just wiki'ed this song and found something funny bout it, this song is actually dedicated to Bert's (lead singer of The Used) dog that was hit by a truck during the making of the album and ohh the album is called "in Love and Death" what a title for an album lol, I freakin like the cover of the album, planning to get a tattoo of that drawing on my back! but not sure when's that gonna happen lol.
